Before. After

I am lucky enough to have a whole room to be my craft room but I don’t do a good job in keeping in neat and tidy all the time. I have books, yarns, luggages, shoes boxes… all scattered around on the floor and that don’t bother me much as I spend all my time knitting in the living room.

John and I went to Ikea 2 weeks ago and we bought a lovely white shelf for my yarn storage. John assembled it few days ago and I made myself clean up the whole mess in the same afternoon. I actually threw away some left over yarn that I had no idea what I am going to do with it. Also, I am slowly organizing my stash; taking photos of them and categorize them in my Ravelry stash page. Of course, I start with my favourite fingering weighty yarn first.

Well, just like the title of this post. I want to show you all the BEFORE and AFTER photos of my craft room. πŸ™‚

I have finished making a shawl and some photos are taken too. I really have fun making it and I like the “holey” “lacy” effect of it. I really think this can be a fun summer knit. I guess I will be showing it in this coming 2 weeks. Stay tuned! πŸ™‚
